Tomato Basil Salad
ingredients:
2 fresh TOMATOES (diced)
½ cup BASIL (chopped)
¼ cup FETA
CHEESE (crumbled)
1 Tbsp OLIVE OIL
1 tsp BALSAMIC VINEGRETTE
SALT and PEPPER to taste
Cucumber Salad
ingredients:
2 SALAD CUCUMBERS (diced)
½ LEMON (juice and zest)
¼ cup GREEK
YOGURT
1 tsp DILL
SALT and PEPPER to taste
